Good Morning Dale,
You are correct on that Clackamas County does a final inspection, but they are only required to inspection from the clean out to the house. Molalla Standards requires a final inspection from the clean out to main line. This procedure is put in place to make sure that the clean out was installed properly for maintenance by the city if needed. Without a final from the city the permit cannot be closed out. There is no extra cost for this inspection, it has already been cover in the permit fee.

Well; Clackamas County inspected and issued final. Permit was from Clackamas County and inspections of the line were by Clackamas . Line is only in place for future development/use. Not in use as house is inhabitable [ no heat]. Regards Dale N.

Good Afternoon Dale,
Touching base on the sewer connection, haven’t heard form Rick or you on a final inspection. I notice that you permit expires on the 18th of this month and would like to close this permit out. Please let me know if you have a time frame you would like to schedule a inspection and any question you might have.
