You say that the final billing occurred on 11/1/2019. Based on the utility records, when does it appear that the homes were vacated or no longer in use? If the dates are different for each home, let me know that too.

You guys have any problem with them re-establishing service at these properties? We previously final billed them because we thought they were going to demolish the houses and build apartments. But, they’ve fixed up the houses and put them on the market for sale.
