Not sure why the change. Here is the original language.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described and dedicated premises unto the City of Molalla for the Public forever; provided, however, in the event said premises are not used or cease to be used for public purpose, the premises shall revert to the GRANTOR.

What is the point of adding “for the uses and purposes herein above mentioned”?

If this is coming from our attorney then we can discuss why. If this is coming from their attorney then no change to the document.

Hi Spencer,

Public works had a few comments on the dedication legals that need to be changed:

“There is a typo in the 3rd bullet. The 6th thru 8th bulleted items need to be removed and replaced with a bearing and distance along the north ROW line of Hwy 211. This is because Stafford has no authority to dedicate ROW already owned by ODOT. The last comment on the exhibit B shows the line description just discussed and the exhibit map also needs to note the point of beginning in the SW corner of Lot 30. Once done it should be good to go. Thanks.”

They’re also indicated on the attached document. As you can see, once done this should be good to go.
