Additionally, I don’t see any indication that Stafford is intending to submit the requested documentation from item 2, numbers C, D, and E from the incompleteness letter:

  1. C. A current title report showing that no dedications of access or other rights over the parcels subject to ROW designation for Ona LN.

 

  1. D. A letter from the applicant stating that it has not and will not create or record any rights over the area to be dedicated.

 

  1. E. Executed warranty deed on City form

Just left you a message. The materials that Stafford sent are garbage and don’t match their partition or the Miller partition to the south so the roadway right of ways are never going to match. They are continuing to waste our time with garbage documents and I think it is time that we say enough is enough and drop the hammer on them. If they submit one more thing to us then it better be perfect. Absolutely perfect.

The east ROW line for the extension of Ona will align with the east ROW line for south Ona Way on the south side of Hwy 211. They need to make that change.

Good afternoon Dan,

We are working diligently to get all the requested materials to you. Attached is the updated site plan with the corrections you requested in the letter of incompletion. The location of S Ona Way has been included, but it is an approximation based on other surveys.

The one outstanding item we have is the legal descriptions. I spoke with the surveyor earlier today. He is working on getting the legal descriptions written and should have them delivered tomorrow.
