Per my email to Spencer – did we receive what we needed to sign the warranty deed with Stafford?

AND

Was the warranty deed required for beginning review on this PLA?

I have attached the application for your reference. All three PLAs are included in one document and it made the most sense to me to keep them together for review.

If we are good to begin review:

Julie – please send the attached application to Mike P, Gerald, and ODOT for comment with direction that this packet is a 3 in 1.
