The City of Molalla received your consolidated application for three (3) lot line adjustments to properties on W Main Street in Molalla on July 31st, 2020. The Planning Department finds that this application is incomplete. The City is, for now, willing to forgo enforcement of the settlement agreement requirement that the ROW be dedicated to the City on or before July 31, so long as the missing information above is provided no later than September 30 (in accordance with applicable law) to allow the City to fully process the application.

The update is that the City will be issuing an incompleteness letter due to missing ROW dedications and items pertaining to the warrantee deed. Our 30 day deadline for completeness is August 30th but we plan to issue by the end of the week.
