I submitted my comments to Spencer regarding radius' at ROW connection to OR211 and the dedication of the PUE along both sides of the Ona Way extension. They are almost of time in the agreement.

Stafford submitted the attached proposal for a series of proposed lot line adjustments and I am looking for feedback.

My first look over suggests that this would be workable proposal but want to make sure I am clear on any timing (of dedication, roadway construction, etc) requirements that are part of our agreement before advising them on the adjustment.
