Hi Dan and Spencer:

As I told Spencer in a phone conversation this afternoon, I will review both the letter from Stafford Land Company and this letter from Andrew Stamp in detail on Wednesday. After I have done that, I will ask that we huddle about it. Both letters are quite heavy and need to be fact-checked. It seems like only one of us should have to invest the time in doing that. I will have letters with my research highlights available for your review after I am finished. We can use that for our discussion.
