Mr. Penunuri has found ample evidence that both LGI and Stafford Land Company were not only aware of fire safety requirements but also submitted plans showing how they would comply. Two examples are listed below. I will keep all of Mike’s records and won’t bombard you with them (Thanks for sending them, Mike. This is very helpful).The plans below are dated September 2016 and were submitted to the City in September 2016 too.
