Good afternoon Ryan and Paul:

It was nice speaking to you just now. We look forward to keeping our dialogue open with you about this roadway and Stafford’s plans to comply with the Conditions of Approval for the Bear Creek PUD. We spoke today about the temporary fire access road. The image below is an excerpt from a set of Bear Creek Subdivision Construction drawings submitted to the City in September 2018. I’m sure Stafford Land Company can get you the full set of these plans for review.
