Good afternoon,

I just left a longish vmail for Marah Danielson. Due to some confusion about whether the properties in question are legally established lots, rather than tax lots; we have contacted the applicant and told them we will postpone tomorrow’s pre-app at 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2 (one week later).

That said, we think it would still be beneficial to have our pre-meeting check-in between ODOT and City staffs.

Marah and Avi: Do you agree with this? Shall we still meet for a pre-meeting at 1:30 tomorrow? I know it’s a rough time all around trying to work remotely. We can meet tomorrow, if you can.
