Good afternoon Spencer and Bryan:

After a phone discussion this afternoon, we have jointly decided to postpone this pre-app to April 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.

I will send you call-in number information and a moderator code as the date gets closer. Our conference calling system has been haywire today so I’m reluctant to share a number that may not work. Stay tuned for that.

Bryan: Let me know when you are ready to connect by phone about the property boundary issues. I will stand ready to set a phone meeting with you in the next few days before our April 2, 2020 meeting.
