Hi Alice,

Attached are our concept plans for multifamily on Tax Lots 8701 and 8703. The plan is to extend TL 8703 14’ over 8702 and then split TL’s 8703 and 8701 into even sized lots. From there we would build out a 10 unit MF development with a fire access easement over TL 8703. The existing buildings on TL’s 8702 and 8704 are currently being restored with the intent of selling them soon.

Is there anything in these concept plans that would be a deal breaker?
