FYI --
Gerald and I reviewed this project and found that the proposal appears to contain significant areas that don’t meet our design code for townhouse development. We don’t allow this type of development to front out onto “access easements. A more traditional multi-story apartment development will be easier to fit onto these sites.
We suspect the developer is already aware of these areas on noncompliance – and will be trying to “convince us” during the meeting. We shall see how it the conversation unfolds. We appreciate your patience during the meeting ��
