FYI --

I spoke with Spencer Vetter – the youngish Development Assistant who prepared the Pre-App materials for the townhome development proposal along Main Street at Ona Way. I told him the layout doesn’t meet many City standards. I wanted him to know this before the meeting in the interest of everyone’s time.

He paused for a long time and then said he knows it doesn’t meet our standards. He said he thinks Bryan Cavaness and maybe Gordon plan to attend the meeting and will be trying to convince us that their proposal complies with our code or is worthy of an exception. He seemed a little sympathetic of city staff ��, but maybe I was projecting that thought….
