Hi,

I do not have any meeting notes to share. The only notes I would share would be to scan in the handouts I distributed last week. These handouts outline our code requirements. I think you received hard copies of these handouts.

We haven’t yet formalized a format for Pre-App meeting notes….I am inventing procedures for almost everything in Molalla from the ground up . It is a satisfying process, but we haven’t streamlined everything yet. Pre-Apps are still on our list.

Let me know if you have any questions any information we shared at the meeting last week.

Hi Paul and Kate:

FYI --

Gerald and I reviewed this project and found that the proposal appears to contain significant areas that don’t meet our design code for townhouse development. We don’t allow this type of development to front out onto “access easements. A more traditional multi-story apartment development will be easier to fit onto these sites.

We suspect the developer is already aware of these areas on noncompliance – and will be trying to “convince us” during the meeting. We shall see how it the conversation unfolds. We appreciate your patience during the meeting
