Hi Julie,

Here are my comments.

Sewer – If they are connected to the sewer system then they will need to dig up and cap is required.

Water – If they are connected to the water system they will need to contact Finance to close the water account and our Maintenance Division can then pull the meter and put a lock on the meter stop.

Utilities – If they are served by overhead or underground franchise utility services then they will need to remove them back to the point of connection on the utility poles or lines.
