I’ll have the $95 check printed, but not sure why we need to set up an account with City of Molalla – tenants currently have that covered with them and they had to pay the deposit as well. They made us sign a form that if the tenant defaults, we are responsible for their utility fees. . . I think that should be deposit enough (I had a lovely chat with Chelsi a few weeks ago ).

I am also going to need a check for $95 to the City of Molalla for a ROW permit to take down tomorrow for the service connections to the rental house. You will also need to set up accounts with the City for water and sanitary services for the house (see below).

Bob,

I found a math error and here is the revised SDC calculation with fees for 1501 W Main – the total is $9812 not $8812. You will also need to fill out a ROW permit for this separate house, which I have attached. The permit fee is $95 also. This must be done prior to connecting to sewer or water. Additionally, someone will need to set up a utility billing account with our finance department which requires a $100 deposit to start services. Please contact Chelsi for information on utility billing.
