I’ll have the $95 check printed, but not sure why we need to set up an account with City of Molalla – tenants currently have that covered with them and they had to pay the deposit as well. They made us sign a form that if the tenant defaults, we are responsible for their utility fees. . . I think that should be deposit enough (I had a lovely chat with Chelsi a few weeks ago ).

Bob,
I found a math error and here is the revised SDC calculation with fees for 1501 W Main – the total is $9812 not $8812. You will also need to fill out a ROW permit for this separate house, which I have attached. The permit fee is $95 also. This must be done prior to connecting to sewer or water. Additionally, someone will need to set up a utility billing account with our finance department which requires a $100 deposit to start services. Please contact Chelsi for information on utility billing.
