Why would we need a ROW permit to hook up to the existing Sanitary & Sewer Lats? We don’t need to for the other 128 houses.

Bob,
I found a math error and here is the revised SDC calculation with fees for 1501 W Main – the total is $9812 not $8812. You will also need to fill out a ROW permit for this separate house, which I have attached. The permit fee is $95 also. This must be done prior to connecting to sewer or water. Additionally, someone will need to set up a utility billing account with our finance department which requires a $100 deposit to start services. Please contact Chelsi for information on utility billing.
