Partition lot lines will need to be adjusted to meet vehicular access and circulation per section 17-3.0.30 and sections 2 - Street Improvements Design per Molalla Standards for future development.

At time of application submittal, applicant to provide water/sewer services to new proposed lots and connect storm to bear creek drainage system.
