Take a look at Section 13.14.095 of the Municipal Code, it discusses
deferred payments for SDC's over $10,000 for development purposes. But,
you would need to pay a portion up front and provide a bond, letter of
credit, etc., to cover the full cost. And it doesn't cover hook-up fees.
We do not have a deferral or payment option for individuals that I know
of.

I haven't ever dealt with a payment option for SDC's but I will look
around and see if there is something that allows it.

After looking into the fee schedule the cost to provide a water service is
$600 and SDC's are $3,871. Sorry it has taken a while to get back to you
on this. I had to do some research on the fees.
