Thank you for your response.
So just to clarify the property owners have not paid their STC fees because they were told something different from your worker that quit on Friday.
So my understanding to our conversation earlier is that the city will take care of the water tap from the main to the meter box for the fee of $600. You stated that the property owner is responsible from the meter box to the house hook up with a permit from the county and a plumber hooking it up. So when the property owner schedules to have the city crew do it they will come in and take care of uncovering it, tapping and setting the box and recovering it correct? Then the property owner will be responsible from the meter box to the house correct?
