Gerald,

I spoke with Peter this morning about his improvements along Toliver. He said that he just got his plat recorded with CC and he hasn't submitted a site plan to Aldo yet. He mentioned that he spoke with you about 2 phases for construction and you told him to submit his plan. He said his wife dropped it off but I haven't seen anything. The conditions of approval were written in April of 2016 so I wasn't sure if we need to redo them since it's been over a year and a half?

He said he wants to build everything within the next two months but hasn't submitted to Aldo yet.

I am checking on the status of improvements along Toliver Road. We have not received a permit for the improvements yet. Please coordinate with Brenda Reiner, Senior Engineering Technician with an anticipated schedule for completion of the improvements. Also, Aldo Rodriguez is our new Community Planner and he will be able to process approvals for you related to your partition and home construction. Thanks and have a good week.
