Three or four concrete panels are out of compliance with the maximum allowed cross slope of 2%, on your recent driveway and sidewalk pour. Please consider this written notice to remove and replace. Please call for an inspection when the forms are set.

I got ahold of your plan from Gerald. We are OK with this plan as long as you pour the other driveway as soon as the phase 1 driveway is ready for traffic. We still need you to submit for a right of way permit.

Gerald, I have attached document showing that I would like to start phase 1 with the sidewalk. Once utilities are ran I would like to finish phase 2 and complete the other side of the side walk. Can you provide information on how to go about pulling permit for the sidewalk and any information on pulling permit with running utilities.
