Hi Aldo,

Please see attached conditions of approval. Please note that during the original partition plat process the prior planner did not approve the required right of way and PUE dedication as part of the partition plat in 2008. As part of these C of A we have required this to be corrected as well as the completion of the sidewalk and driveway improvements fronting Toliver Road. Their existing driveway is non-conforming and should have been addressed as part of the prior subdivision. These conditions will require access only on Kalugin for the front property if the sites are ever redeveloped. There are a lot of conditions attached to this conditional use that are considered clean up and will bring the site into compliance with what should have been done in the past.
