Per their count of 100 students, the ITE manual as an average trip generation of 0.14 per student (Pg.95). That equates to 14 PMPH trips. Under 17-3.6.020.A.4.a, this change of use would fall under the Transportation Analysis Letter (TAL) requirements. Requirements of the TAL are found in 17-3.6.020.A.4.b. Thanks.
