Thank you for the information last week regarding the Partition application we are working on for 861 W Main Street/ TLID 52E08B 04300. You mentioned you would look in to the development agreement for the site to confirm if utilities connections to Lot 3 would be required to be provided with this Partition application or when future development is proposed. I will be out of the office for the majority of the next two weeks, so I wanted to ask if you would reply to this email when you have that information so Jeff, who is cc’ed here, will see it.
