Without having a site plan or proposed partition plat, ODOT has the following recommendations: 1. That the City require cross-over easements between the parcels for shared access via Hezzie Lane and/or West Lane (i.e. no direct access to the Highway). 2. Convey ROW along OR 211 to ODOT based on the City’s adopted Transportation System Plan. See our recommendations in the attached letter.
