Actually, I stand corrected - the swale is associated with the detention

pond shown on the plans. Anyway, we will take a look and get back to you on

the erosion concerns.

The file was too big to email. Here is the sheet for the storm at lot 19.

This shows a large swale all the way across the property. There should be a

big ditch all along here as shown. This should not be filled in or it will

cause drainage problems.
