I am sorry to inform you that we were not able to reach a mutually acceptable price on the property with the Smiths. I think they will end up selling the home and the lot separately. The improvements are dis-proportionally large for such a small lot yield.
I really enjoyed working with you. The City of Molalla has my attention, and I hope to be back with another project.

Hi Aldo,
Please forward this to the development representatives for this project. They will need to send me a check in the amount of $600 made out to the City of Molalla. Once received, we will execute the contract with them and issue a notice to proceed. Once the Certificate of Capacity is done we will provide them with a copy.
At that point I will need a confirmation from one of their representative that they want us to submit the certificate to DEQ. As soon as that is done it becomes public record for DEQ regardless of whether an application has been submitted to the City or not. Thanks.
