Hi Aldo,

Please forward this to the development representatives for this project. They will need to send me a check in the amount of $600 made out to the City of Molalla. Once received, we will execute the contract with them and issue a notice to proceed. Once the Certificate of Capacity is done we will provide them with a copy.

At that point I will need a confirmation from one of their representative that they want us to submit the certificate to DEQ. As soon as that is done it becomes public record for DEQ regardless of whether an application has been submitted to the City or not. Thanks.
