If the ADA ramp is on our system and does not meet ADA standards it needs to be replace. I talked to Salem and even though the design is not what we would build and I would have comments on it, it may not be bad enough for a rebuild. This should have a stamped set of plans I would like to have a stamped set of plans submitted

As for as the sign, It was behind the curb prior to construction and moved without a permit. They should replace it at an approved location.

What do you think of the lip on this? Is it something we can leave? The City Engineer says it’s used for blind people to find the opening. I’d like your professional opinion and Mike Keyes told me to send you these pictures J He’s back J

This is the installation of the ADA ramp that Superior Foundation, Inc., did without a permit. The permit was issued AFTER the work took place with the City’s approval (attached).

I’m not sure if it is up to State Standards. Also the STOP sign has me baffled. Is this okay? Or is the City to install the stop sign in an appropriate location. Or is that David Smith’s position to do so?

Inquiring minds need to know J
