Jennifer has informed Marlene that she inspected the ramp and it does comply with the ADA standards. She also said she is working with the developer to re-install the sign.

Subject: City of Molalla - Hwy 211 and Stowers Road

This is the installation of the ADA ramp that Superior Foundation, Inc., did without a permit. The permit was issued AFTER the work took place with the City’s approval (attached).

I’m not sure if it is up to State Standards. Also the STOP sign has me baffled. Is this okay? Or is the City to install the stop sign in an appropriate location. Or is that David Smith’s position to do so?
