Last that I heard, the gray water produced was being stored in a holding tank and then being pumped by a third party. There used to be a porta potty on site for bathroom issues. I’m not sure if that is still there or now that I think about it , if that was for them or construction that was going on in the area……

Not sure if we can force him to pay taco truck SDC’s since they don’t exist nor does codes related to taco trucks. But, you bring up a good question. How are they handling their water and sewer on the site?

Aldo,

I’m concerned where his sewage goes to and that he didn’t pay water, sewer or storm SDC’s or any public improvements.

Hello all,

So it looks like Mr. Uribe is replacing his taco truck with a trailer, which is essentially the same size as the old taco truck. Since it is already existing, I will following the conditions Dan issued when they first moved to the site (Attached) . The only condition that is no longer applicable is the ODOT permit, since it was settle the access would from Hart Ave. Let me know if you have any comments or issues.
