Hi Ryan,

 

A couple more items that weren’t included in the ROW permit are being requested by the PWD.

The original site plan doesn’t show where these connections for sewer, water and storm are being made. If you could provide those we can review the permit for compliance. Also, I noticed the permit is just for storm-water and sewer, where is the water going to be connected?

 

I attached the latest plat map of the subject parcel and a deed along with some information the previous owner had sent me.
