Hi Dan,
It appears that they converted the area from a 2 bedroom 1 bath home to make it a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. There are no impacts to Public Works based on my review. The condition going forward will be that it must remain a SF home and can not be broken up into multiple living units without going through the land use process.
Note, this is not a sign off on what they did or an approval from PW after the fact. It is merely a determination that there are no known impacts to the systems and does not trigger SDC fees. Thanks.
Regards,

Gerald and Mike,
This is for a garage conversion to bedrooms. They have already done it and are backtracking to get the permits, presumably before selling.
Do you see any issues from PW/Fire?
