Hello Cody.

Please see attach ROW Permit for your records. As per our discussion on the sewer clean out for the city. It is a mandatory requirement. The required width for the side walk is 5’ in that part of the subdivision development. The Placement for the clean out is behind the sidewalk and make you sure there is plenty of room for the RT cover. I have also attach the standards on residential driveway. Please let me know if you have question or concern on the standards or scheduling for inspections.
