Aldo,

I researched the addressed and those associated with the prior owner of 419 Leroy and 724 Heinz. There are no current permits for the property abutting those two addresses that has no address. Technically you can’t have an accessory building without a primary structure and that building does not appear to be one of Clackamas Counties Building sequence numbers. Clackamas County took over permits from the City of Molalla in 2011 and we have no current permits. I understand a bathroom was added to the structure from 1998. To permit the bathroom, an electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit will be required. The other issue will be that the waste need to go somewhere, so if there is a shared easement, you are required to bring proof.

The other issue is, that it is an accessory structure, so will require authorization from the City of Molalla in order to issue the plumbing and electrical permit.
