OK. Does this trigger any requirements for frontage improvements? If not, the county has already determined that a drywell will work, and there is nothing in the code that would trigger frontage improvements, then Public Works has no conditions. No water, no sewer, no street, no stormwater seems to be triggered by this. Let me know if the code says otherwise.
