Please see attached conditions of approval. Let me know if you have any questions. Please share PDF with Seth so he knows what my conditions were for the project. This area requires 8 foot sidewalks but our TSP is so bad on the cross sections I had to reduce them to 7.5 feet and use the curb for the other 0.5 feet. Thanks.

OK. Does this trigger any requirements for frontage improvements? If not, the county has already determined that a drywell will work, and there is nothing in the code that would trigger frontage improvements, then Public Works has no conditions. No water, no sewer, no street, no stormwater seems to be triggered by this. Let me know if the code says otherwise.
