Could you provide me an exhibit for conditions on this duplex proposal? It looks like they’ll have some amendments to the design proposal after my first perusal through the standards, and they’re requesting a 10% (allowed) variance to interior setbacks, which makes sense given the funky site shape, but other than that it looks okay.
Your main concerns will likely be drainage (currently showing no connection to weepholes), erosion control installation and driveway placement. Street is improved, they just need to construct sidewalk and driveway aprons.
