Leave it alone. Have Zinder note the party line on the mapping and when we replace the sewer line then we can separate. This was allowed by the City in the past (bad idea) and they shouldn’t be penalized for our predecessors decisions back in the day.

At 720 N Molalla Ave – there is a party line with a Y in the ROW. A contractor took out a CC plumbing permit and ran a new line from the house to the Y. The Y appears to be in the ROW but they did not get a ROW permit. They reattached the lateral to the same Y. The house is currently under contract to sell and the buyer is calling me to complain. Not sure what to do with this one? Should I just consider this a private matter or do you want me to contact them to pull a permit and run the lateral all the way to a new connection in the main?

Attached is the scope for the cracked sewer line in the road. If you we get the project for this job we can repair at the same time for 4650.00 from the property line to the main. Assuming your not charging for permits. If we don’t do it with at the same time as 720 need to add 1250.00 to the total 5900.0
