This has been an on-going problem and the City has received 3 complaints in the past 2 weeks and we need to get this addressed. The cold mix isn’t working on this application. Please consider placing hot mix or something else that will allow handicap people to navigate the sidewalk without getting stuck or falling over. Please let me know your timeframe on this work.

got a call from joe with hollenbach and hurd that a complaint came in on ruts in the approach at our project on main street. we did have two full loads of concrete get delivered monday afternoon, about 35 ton each crossing the approach. i spoke to my foundation crew to repair any ruts that were caused by the delivery. they were out yesterday to strip the foundation and when they left yesterday evening they said they were going to repair any issues.

i was out there at 7:30 this morning and any ruts that might have been there are gone and is completely usable and passable. i will deal with any complaint asap, please just email me; it will be faster than calling joe. i swept the approach, took some pictures and can send them to you if you wish but might just be best if you make a quick stop there as you're passing by.
