Thank you for the info Dan. If the duplex is more than 150 feet from the main road, then a turn-a-round that meets the requirements of Appendix “D” of the Oregon Fire Code will be required. I can’t tell if the measurement on the east side of the property is the total length of the lot or length to the home.

Attached is an application for a duplex located behind 711 E. Main Street. The parcel is an existing flag lot but will require a new sidewalk driveway permit as well as an ODOT permit. We will need to issue a new address. SDC’s for a new duplex are also required.
