Hi Ray,

I wanted to follow up on the discussion about the water service size. My understanding is the City of Molalla will restrict you to a 1” water service unless we demonstrate that the duplex has greater water needs. If we perform a domestic water service calculations that demonstrate a larger water service is required than we can adjust our water service size accordingly. Molalla will also adjust SDC fees accordingly.

Do you have any water calculations that demonstrate a large water service is required? If no calculations, do you have a water fixture count that can be used to perform the calculations?
