The residents at 710 Oriental Dr. where not able to pay SDC fees before the deadline of July 1st. there are asking if the City would honor the SDC fees that were sent out on 06/17/2020 or would they have to pay the adjust increase?

Please see attached conditions and SDC’s Note that the points of connection are not shown on the site plan. All connections shall be per the conditions and verified by Public Works staff. Also, SDC’s must be paid prior to July 1st.
Sam – make sure you remind any new County plumbing staff that we have had issues with this development and plumbing inspections and that they need to coordinate with you so you can verify that no cross connections happen or the builder connects to the wrong water system. Thanks.
