Need to know a couple of things.
What is the square footage of the restaurant?
Will the restaurant have a drive thru?
The drive thru will determine whether it is a High-Turnover Sit Down Restaurant or a Fast Food Restaurant with Drive Thru Window. The cost difference is significant.

This property owner has a tenant interested in the building for a possible rice bowl spot. So I’m guessing it would associated with a restaurant for trip generation?
The previous use was a hair salon – would the restaurant increase trips? And would this require payment of Transportation SDC’s?
