Hi Aldo, Need to know a couple of things. What is the square footage of the restaurant? Will the restaurant have a drive thru? The drive thru will determine whether it is a High-Turnover Sit Down Restaurant or a Fast Food Restaurant with Drive Thru Window. The cost difference is significant.
