He indicated that I needed to contact you to acquire information necessary to complete our initial due diligence. We are excited about this project and innovative zero-lot-line concept. There are a few issues that we need to identify up front – particularly with respect to how we accommodate storm drainage and sanitary sewer so these as-builts are an important part of the puzzle.
